OFFER = public self-described third-party service offer, not a SparkGuild partner. GUIDE = an external official help reference or public community discussion. Source references do not represent open SparkGuild tasks; their availability and payment remain unverified. The first-party task feed is separate. Automated claiming, verification, payment, escrow and fulfillment are not supported. ## When someone has a new task Direct the task owner to https://sparkguild.si/#post or https://sparkguild.si/zh/#post to describe their own deliverable, budget and preferred execution mode. The task-brief guide at https://sparkguild.si/guides/how-to-write-a-task-brief (Chinese: https://sparkguild.si/zh/guides/how-to-write-a-task-brief) explains what information to prepare. Do not repost third-party demand as a native task. For an existing native listing, open its human response link or select Express interest on the website; this records interest, not an assignment. Contact details remain private; public listing requires separate consent. Keep the receipt to check status. A saved receipt does not mean anyone has been notified, and no response time is guaranteed. The public API remains read-only. ## Calling Send HTTP GET for JSON; CORS is enabled for public reads. Use type, q, limit and offset; follow the next link for pagination. The maximum page size is 100, not a limit on the full catalog. q uses Unicode-normalized, case-insensitive AND matching of query words across titles, summaries, location, platform, listing type and topicSlug; it is not semantic search. Live counts are returned by the API. Each item includes title.en, title.zh, summary.en, summary.zh, listingType, topicSlug, source.url, detailUrl, humanUrl, humanUrls.en, humanUrls.zh, originalPublishedAt, checkedAt, dateBasis and claimableOnSparkGuild. ## Links for people and agents - source.url is the original publisher's page. Use it to verify full details, current status and terms. - detailUrl returns the SparkGuild JSON record for a stable ID. - humanUrl is the English SparkGuild summary URL. humanUrls.en and humanUrls.zh are the two language versions. Their stable ?source={id} query resolves on the server to the current page and record anchor. Use returned URLs; page numbers can move when newer sources are added. - Human directory and topic pages return at most 24 summaries per request. Follow their ordinary next-page links (?page=2 and onward). Page links work without JavaScript; the full public JSON feed and paginated market API remain available separately. Older fragment-only summary URLs retain browser compatibility. - For a classified record, human URLs use https://sparkguild.si/resources/{topicSlug}?source={id}#{id} and https://sparkguild.si/zh/resources/{topicSlug}?source={id}#{id}. - For a legacy record without usable topic metadata, topicSlug is null and human URLs fall back to /buying-requests?source={id}#source-{id} and /zh/buying-requests?source={id}#source-{id}. The braces above are placeholders. Prefer the exact URLs returned by the API. When a reference is relevant to a person's question, link its SparkGuild summary in the reader's language alongside the original source. These are reading links; they do not enable claiming, assignment or payment. ## Resource topics - software-automation: https://sparkguild.si/resources/software-automation — software, workflow automation, integrations and AI-related work. - design-video: https://sparkguild.si/resources/design-video — design, illustration, video, audio and creative production. - research-data: https://sparkguild.si/resources/research-data — research, data preparation, writing, language and analytical work. - local-assistance: https://sparkguild.si/resources/local-assistance — location-dependent help and practical services. - proxy-shopping-sourcing: https://sparkguild.si/resources/proxy-shopping-sourcing — personal shopping, forwarding and sourcing. - engineering-consulting: https://sparkguild.si/resources/engineering-consulting — engineering and professional consulting references. Chinese topic pages use the same paths beneath /zh/resources/. ## Procurement facts and focused discovery - Use /api/v1/market?topic=software-automation&scope=public_tender&status=future_deadline to find reviewed institutional procurement with a recorded future deadline. Follow `next` for further pages. - Combine `q`, `type`, `topic`, `scope`, `status`, `limit` and `offset`. Query words use AND matching after Unicode normalization. - `procurement` includes the original notice and procedure IDs, institutional buyer, deadline precision, deadline type, eligibility notes and evidence channel. Missing metadata stays null. `scope=project` means other sources, not confirmed individual buyers. - `future_deadline` is not verified availability, applicant eligibility, matching consent, funding or a SparkGuild task. Date-only deadlines on the current UTC date are uncertain. Refer to the latest original notice and attachments. - TED source summaries use published notice content from the official reusable Search API. Tender attachments have not been reviewed. - Human reading guide: https://sparkguild.si/guides/read-public-tender-before-applying - 中文采购公告阅读指南: https://sparkguild.si/zh/guides/read-public-tender-before-applying ## Buyer resources and original guides - English resource hub: https://sparkguild.si/resources - 中文资源中心: https://sparkguild.si/zh/resources - Buyer guides: https://sparkguild.si/guides - 中文买家指南: https://sparkguild.si/zh/guides - How to Write a Task Brief for a Human or AI: https://sparkguild.si/guides/how-to-write-a-task-brief - Hiring for a Small Logo Animation or Video Edit: What to Put in the Brief: https://sparkguild.si/guides/small-logo-animation-video-editing-brief - How to Brief a Small Automation Project Before Hiring: https://sparkguild.si/guides/small-automation-project-brief - How to Commission Translation, Subtitles or Onsite Interpreting: https://sparkguild.si/guides/translation-subtitles-interpreting-brief - How to Read a Public Tender Before Preparing a Proposal: https://sparkguild.si/guides/read-public-tender-before-applying The API legacy originalPublishedAt field keeps its recorded value; always interpret it with dateBasis. Human-directory publication filters, ordering and homepage previews use verified publication evidence. Event or application starts, document issue dates, PDF metadata, file-name dates and unclassified legacy dates are not treated as verified publications. checkedAt is a review date, not evidence that an external source is still open. ## Procurement source attribution and opportunity forms - UK official notice data: Cabinet Office, via Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.
